Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Revlunix platform, services, tools, APIs, and advertising infrastructure.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revlunix, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Publisher Responsibilities

  • Publishers must use legitimate traffic sources only.
  • Fraudulent, incentivized, or misleading traffic is strictly prohibited.
  • Publishers may not manipulate conversions or engagement metrics.
  • Revlunix reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in suspicious activity.

4. Advertiser Responsibilities

  • Advertisers must provide accurate campaign information.
  • Campaign payouts and budgets must be maintained responsibly.
  • Advertisers are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising laws.
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity may result in permanent suspension.

5. Payments

Revlunix processes publisher payouts according to approved conversion activity and platform payout schedules. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments during fraud investigations or compliance reviews.

6. Fraud Prevention

Revlunix employs advanced fraud detection systems and monitoring technologies. Any attempt to manipulate conversions, clicks, installs, or traffic quality may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Removal of earnings
  • Permanent ban from the platform
  • Legal action where applicable

7. API & Platform Usage

Users may access APIs, postback systems, and integration tools solely for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorized access attempts, abuse, or disruption of platform infrastructure are prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, technology, platform infrastructure, designs, and content associated with Revlunix remain the exclusive property of Revlunix and its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

Revlunix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits, traffic loss, or business interruption.

10. Account Termination

Revlunix reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account that violates these Terms of Service, platform policies, or applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
